Anette Blase : journey into the secret world of wild dogs for DOGS magazine and portraits
Photographer Gundula KRAUSE travelled to Israel for DOGS Magazine, where she photographed a series on Israel’s national dogs: the Canaans.
The Canaans belong to the group of Pariah dogs, which dwell in the African-Asian region. They live in close proximity to human settlements and are usually tolerated by people, but aren’t fed or looked after properly either.
Gundula's travels led her deep into the Judean mountains, the home of one of the very few breeders in the world. Here, she photographed the legendary dogs in their natural habitat.
Another trip to the border of the Negev-Desert, south of Tel Aviv gave her a rare insight into the world of a Bedouin clan.
The 10-page article was published in the magazine's first issue of 2012 – and here and now on GoSee.
Frank BEER portrayed the artist Markus Lüpertz, the politician Kurt Biedenkopf as well as the Underberg company board for several economy magazines.
