1st Unit : Vote the future - the SOZIALWAHL 2011 spot by director Maurus vom Scheidt and DOP Christian Rein

It is not an easy task to motivate the voters to pay a visit to the booth and tick the box. This is enough of a challenge when it comes to the national election and is becoming a thing of near impossibility for the ‘Sozialwahl’ (Social elections). This year, the Serviceplan Berlin agency took on the information initiative campaign for Sozialwahl and produced a spot that we are more than happy to showcase here on GoSee.

The social elections take place every six years and the self-governing bodies of the legal social insurance carriers are up for the vote. The next election will take place on the 1st of June 2011.

During the elections, the members of the national health insurance and the members of the pension insurance programme decided who is to represent and enforce their respective interests via politicians and economy. After all, the social elections are the third largest elections, after the national elections and the elections for the European parliament.

What comes in handy: the social elections are done through the post. The voting documents will be sent to all eligible voters through the post.
