Buy one get one free - TOMS one day without shoes = charity project with actress Charlize Theron and consorts - spot on GoSee FILM

The 5th of April might be recent history by now – but we don't mind one tiny bit. TOMS is a shoe brand with a deceptively simple concept: for each acquired pair, another pair goes to a child in need, who would otherwise have to go without shoes for an entire year.

The charity idea became a whole event: ‘One Day without shoes’. If only you experienced what it means to be without shoes, you will be the more likely to become eager to make sure nobody has to suffer that ordeal – Charlize Theron agrees and is supporting the project.

On the 5th of April, people from all over the world joined forced, organised themselves and ran around on bare feet for a whole day. How that turned out and what they experienced can be seen in pictures and clips on www.onedaywithoutshoes.com.
