Casting Company's big pre-opening or the happy demolition party on video

CASTING COMPANY BERLIN, the German branch of CASTING COMPANY PARIS is growing strong. The Berlin studio has an exclusive approach to its cleitn and has already organised and supervised castings for BMW, Telekom, Persil, Sony Ericsson, Samsung, Herbal Essences, OTTO and C & A.

Amateur castings are also a speciality of the Berlin casting office. Hence, a TELEKOM ad clip was cast with genuine forklift operators. Furthermore, the street casting crew, headed by Rosella, finds unusual personalities on a daily basis to add to the comprehensive database.

After two years in Berlin, they are bursting at the seams and will move to a new casting location in the Hansa quarter, right in the Berlin Tiergarten in spring 2012. The listed bungalow was built in 1957 and the 200 square meter space is currently being reconstructed and changed by Berlin-based star architects Stefan Flachsbarth and Michael Schultz. The famous architects already worked for clients such as Pet Shop Boys and Hanna Schygulla.

Hence, two new casting and photography studios will be at their disposal in early 2012. Models, actors, directors and clients can chill out in two Japanese gardens in between shoots or even take a dive in the natural pool in the summer . . . “And despite all that extra luxury, our casting fees for Berlin remain fair, that is a great deal indeed, we think!”, explains Rolf Scheider.

Prior to the building works, the bungalow hosted a proper party once more on the 24th of September 2011. Lucky that only 600 out of all the 900 invited guests turned up to the demolition party! Producers, creative directors, top photographers, models, actors, football legends, many celebrities and peeps like you and I inaugurated the future casting location.

All the guests were not only psyched by the unbelievable location and the two exhibitions by photographers Oliver Rath and Lennard Rühle, but also about the efforts of sponsors Scavi & Ray, Cointreau, Fritz Kola, Ocóo, Ferrero, American Spirit as well as catering by Iss Kind Iss. The party continued until midnight, when the last cocktail was sipped, the rest is for the builders to take care of.
