Nobody's Perfect - the CARITAS 2011 annual campaign by BBDO

The new 'Nobody is perfect' CARITAS campaign shows how different humans can be. Be it big or small, old or young, disabled or not, they all have something in common: desires, dreams and rights. Everybody eventually comes to a point where handicaps, problems and fears fade into the background and life is just beautiful, nothing more, nothing less.

The campaign promotes a world in which disabled and non-disabled people meet eye to eye. The 'Fliegen' spot by Nico Beyer is currently being shown on TV and in cinemas. A spot, which is careful not to judge people but shows them as they truly are: each and everyone imperfect in their very own special way.

If you happen to find nothing unusual about the two men with Down syndrome at the beginning of the spot or are preoccupied with the woman's happiness instead of her wheelchair, then well done, you're almost there in terms of seeing 'eye to eye'.
