SCREENings 2011 Jury : Alexandre Janvier, CEO/CD Janvier & Burger, a creative and strategic approach to fashion and lifestyle direction

Alexandre Janvier is the CEO and creative director of Janvier & Burger Communication. The agency specialises in communication, strategy and the realisation of projects and campaigns for fashion and lifestyle clients.

Current projects and clients include Hallhuber, Comma, Campus by Marc O'Polo, Oberpollinger, Etienne Aigner, Novomania Shanghai – to name but a few. The latest productions can be viewed in their GoSee Profile.

Alexandre studied Communication Design & Marketing at the Art Center College of Design. His CV includes jobs at Carré Noir, Select Communications to Rempen & Partner up to the founding of his own agency in 1999, in collaboration with Oliver Burger.

“In Germany, photography is often overestimated by the photographers and unfortunately, underestimated by the clients” he says. “We are settled in between and try to have a creative and strategic approach to direction.”
