Hille Photographers : art project and photo book with Anni Friesinger, productions for QVEST, CARL GROSS, DANIEL HECHTER, ESCADA, ZEISS, STYLE & THE FAMILY TUNES ... and exhibitor at the UPdate 10 in Frankfurt

Thomas KETTNER’s 200-page strong and limited edition art book ‘Auge um Auge - Eye for an Eye’, with and for speed skating superstar Anni Friesinger, is an absolute highlight. Several large newspapers and magazines have already reported on the fictional photo story with the world-renowned athlete.

Thomas photographed Anni, who he has known ever since he can remember, with her toughest opponent; Marianne Timmer from Holland, who also happens to be her best friend. The two women challenge each other in a fairytale-like setting. Anni Friesinger in Tirol’s Kühtai and Marianne Timmer in the Ruhr region, the Hansa coking plant and Duisburg Nord Industrial Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

However, the story is not based on the sports discipline, but rather the direct comparison of the different characters and their feminine charms. Go to www.augeumauge-annifriesinger.com to see an overview of the book.

Thomas realised a lingerie and swimwear production in Mauritius for client OTTO. He had previously travelled to Miami on a VÖGELE production.

Thomas produced the CARL GROSS menswear campaign shoot in Las Vegas and South Africa, the look book was photographed in his own studio in Stuttgart.

The new brochures for MODEHAUS FISCHER were also realised in his studio. This was followed by an ORIFLAME shoot in Stockholm, then on to St.Moritz and Lake Garda, where the new SPORT 2000 running and outdoor collections were photographed.

Thomas realised additional productions for NECKERMANN Happy Size in Cuba, New York and Hamburg, as well as in Cape Town for DANIEL HECHTER. And last but not least, he photographed Anni Friesinger in Salzburg for MEDIMA lingerie. All work can be viewed on Hille's website.

Julia GROSSI spent the past few months travelling abroad for various photo shoots and has now returned to Berlin. She realised a fashion spread for QVEST in the studio in Hamburg, with model Charlott Cordes.

STYLE & THE FAMILY TUNES recently published a modern outdoor editorial, which Julia photographed in Miami with model Hartje Andresen. Niki Pauls carried out the styling; Rob Schebby took care of the hair and make-up.

Julia photographed contemporary eyewear in Munich for client ZEISS. She produced a high quality designer spread with Charlott Cordes for GALA STYLE’s March issue. Connie Eisenmann took care of the styling and Helge Branscheidt perfected the hair and make-up. Julia GROSSI has just returned from India, where she realised editorial shoots.

She photographed the ESCADA Cruise 2010 and ESCADA SPORT Cruise look books with upcoming German top model KAROLIN Wolter c/o M4 MODELS. Claudia Scholtan was in charge of the styling and Helge Branscheidt fixed the hair and make-up once more.
