Mauritius Images presents Rainer Mirau, photographer of the month

Mauritius Images present their photographer of the month, Rainer MIRAU and his nature photography. Rainer has a  reputation for breath taking professional landscape shots and impressive images within the architecture and events sectors. Many of his photographs are realized on his travels, which he painstakingly plans to make sure he is at the right place, at the right time.

His favourite motifs are landscapes and historic buildings, such as castles and palaces. His photographs usually involve a lot of work. Individual landscape photography is a counterbalance to commission work.

Besides publication in photography and nature magazines, he came Third in March 2008, at the Asferico Nature Photography Competition. At the end of the year, he will also provide the cover photo for the “Alps in Light” 2010 cover.
