Steffen Jahn : RENAULT DEZIR concept car, on the road with the new MERCEDES CL and at Cirque du Soleil, Electric Trick

Steffen had the opportunity to work with the breathtaking first concept car by head of design Laurens van Acker of RENAULT for a whole day in a Parisian studio. He photographed the exciting study for the British CAR MAGAZINE.

Over the next years, the Dutch designer will be creating more concept cars for Renault- each one in relation to a different topic. This car represents ‘Desire’. A breathtaking sports car that you just want to make your own and drive away with in a blink of an eyelid.

Steffen drove the new CL class by MERCEDES for MERCEDES MAGAZINE. Leading development engineer Hans Multhaupt was on board, proudly presenting his newest work. The convertible effortlessly glided over the motorway, while all intricacies of the car were being explained.

Steffen took the ‘Egg Chair’ design classic by Fritz Hansen to the circus. Not any old circus mind you, THE circus – the Cirque du Soleil. In collaboration with famous artists Kevin and Andrew Atherton, he produced a series about on the just as renowned chair. The series is featured in the current issue of ADEYAKA magazine, the trendy customers' mag by Infiniti (designed by KöckritzDörrich).

To many, the idea of an electrical car is synonymous with relinquishing everything that is fun about driving – but Steffen had the pleasure to enjoy pure electro fun for a whole night. He darted across Stuttgart in the new AMG SLS E-Cell.
