The Visual Art House : romantic for ENGELS & VÖLKERS in Hamburg and fashionable for singer Joy Denalane in BRIGITTE

Oliver HEINEMANN carried out a shoot in Hamburg for ENGEL & VÖLKERS DEVELOPMENT. The real estate agents advertise five moorings for houseboats at the northern shore of the Eilbe canal.

Ever since 1820, the Wandse in Hamburg disembogues in the Außenalster. The cannals, such as the Eilbe have become a more integral part of the cityscape in recent years. Five out of the ten moorings for houseboats are definitely a fine place to cuddle up and get cosy. Four more moorings have already been initiated with the setting of the dolphins. The house boats will all be connected to canalisation, electric supply and refuse collection.

Oliver created a photographic portrait of the 'Living on water' pilot project for ENGEL & VOLKERS DEVELOPMENT and points out the idyllic views alongside the Wandse.

The German soul and R&B singer sports stylish outfits that range from street style to luxury. Hendrik Schaulin took care of the styling and Susanne Gundlach from BRIGITTE was responsible for the production.

The musician admits that posing for a photo shoot was new turf to her, yet you would not be able to tell by looking at the pictures.
