Thomas Schmidt photographed director and Venice film festival judge Fatih Akin for L’UOMO VOGUE, Italy. The Hamburg-born talent has just been awarded the German Federal Cross of Merit from German President Wulff.

Thomas embarked on a ‘sentimental journey’ for the second issue of 7THMAN magazine, UK. He photographed model Max Rogers on a journey through the Boberger Dunes. The small dune area in Hamburg’s suburbia provided an ideal location for the unusual looks. The smart English chap and his unmistakable curls feature in campaigns by TOMMY HILFIGER and GIEVES & HAWKES.
