The Sleek 11 will be the last vehicle with a combustion engine by the DHBW Engineering Stuttgart e.V., the next Formula Student season marks their transition to exclusively making cars with an electric motor.

After 125 years of automotive history, the curtain call for the old, and the roll call for the new, has finally arrived and the possibilities of the new era of motoring can finally take its baby steps. It was against this historical background that the calendar idea turned into a museum piece: The cover shows a racing driver as he enters the large entrance hall.

He is searching for his vehicle, which will now be part of the museum exhibition. Yet, the racing driver is not nearly as modern as one might expect and he would rather hold on to the old times that seem to slip between the gloves of his fingers like sand. He still sees and wants to experience his race car on the race track.

Hence, come springtime he decides to free his captive car single-handedly. The race driver starts dragging his Sleek 11 up the stairs towards the exit.

The museum guards don't move a muscle and are not hindering the 'theft' of the car.

Then finally in December, the race driver achieved his goal: he sits in the cockpit – ready to go, alas, it is all but a dream . . .
