Marcel Chassot, born in 1947 in Zurich is an economy graduate and photographic autodidact. He developed a unique look of stylised kids portraits. Taking a detour into macro photography, he arrived at ballet photography. Today, he specialises in architecture and industry photography.

Chassot has been awarded by many major international contests. Mauritius Images represents the native Swiss and his (approx.) 1,000 motifs. His new book is divided into three parts: people, macro photography, as well as architecture & industry.
