Modern styling with cool contents: Klaus-Maria Einwanger realised photographs for the ‘Ice Cream & Sorbets’ book. Temperatures outside are soaring – summer is finally here and everyone is longs for refreshment.
GU VERLAG publishers collaborated with writer Monika Schuster to release a book with cool ideas for the hottest of seasons. From gently melting dairy ice cream, to frozen yoghurts, sorbets and ice cream cakes, all of the creations are fabulously frozen and icy.
Monika Schuster and Anka Köhler’s food styling is crunchy and fresh. Stephanie Wenzel headed the production.
